Hilary Stolzberg - Office Manager
Hilary is a licensed speech language pathologist who applies her knowledge in the field to the business side of our office. Hilary is our Office Manager and also assists the Billing Manager with insurance verification and helping clients better understand their benefits as they relate to speech, occupational, and physical therapy reimbursement.
Jarrod Malheiro - Billing Manager
With five years of experience in Medical Billing and Collections, Jarrod has immigrated here to do battle with the insurance companies in the great state of Texas! Locked away in his billing office, he works with you to iron out any problems with your account, explaining your insurance correspondence, informing you of any problems, as well as translating healthcare terminology into English.
Veronica Sustaita (Bilingual) - Medicaid Case Manager
Veronica serves as the Medicaid Case Manager and Office Liaison for Spanish speaking clients ensuring an effortless experience for Spanish and Medicaid clients at both the Bellaire and Spring Branch locations. Besides her support in Administration, she also assists with Marketing. Veronica is currently attending college pursuing a degree in International Business/Marketing.
Mariel Elizondo (Bilingual)- Business Manager
Mariel is a talented person who joined our team recently, holds a bachelor degree in Psychology from the University Iberoamericana in Puebla, Mexico and has 4 years of experience as a bilingual school teacher in Texas. As a Business Manager she brings relatedness to our team and has experience in creating, developing and delivering the projects that make Therapy Connections grow and flourish. Mariel is masterful in listening to people’s fullest expression and incorporates their leadership. She is accountable to manage the marketing, human resource and special projects of our company.
